3 suspects: Only three men with this special pistol. Pistol is unique as it has the power of a rifle but the concealment of a handgun.
1. 40 yr old ww2 veteran with ptsd. from D.C. owns same gun that was used in shooting: Billy Brag
2. 35 year old liberal with a twin brother both of them are from Massachusetts. Brother is a conservative. Owns same gun used in shooting: Bryan Sullivan
3. 57 year old farmer from Tennesee. On parole for violent assault attempt on Bill Clinton in 1992: Curtis Jackson
Scene: 12:00 P.M. President Obama gives motivational speech for re election campaign at the Washington Monument in Washington D.C. About 750,000 people come to watch. Midway through the speech around 1:15 P.M. a shot was fired grazing the ear of President Obama and entering the right shoulder of Joe Biden. It seems the bullet came from above. Once the bullet is recovered, it is shown that only 3 of these guns are legally owned in the country.
-Witnesses spotted Curtis Jackson at the suspected area of the shooting before the shot was fired. They said when they looked in the direction of where the shot sounded he was no longer there.
-Bryan Sullivan's twin brother denies being at speech however, Bryan confirms that his brother was indeed in D.C.
-Billy Bragg was at the speech, towards the front rows with his mistress Patricia.
Police do a search of all the suspects houses. In Bryan Sullivan's apartment they find the weapon, hidden inside his bedroom mattress. The gun had evidently been cleared with household chemicals. In Curtis Jackson's apartment they find the same shirt he wore on the day of the shooting and after testing at the lab they discovered gun powder residue in the fibers of his shirt. He rejects this as a piece of evidence as he proves his presence at the shooting range that same day. Billy Brag's house was absolutely clean, had no signs of the anything suspicious and the gun was found with no bullets in a standard safe. After a luminol test the police discover blood on the gun. Bryan pleads that it is not his. He is unaware that due to the chemical contamination only blood can be shown but not who's blood it is. He confesses that his brother used his gun weeks before to shoot his girlfriends ex boyfriend who he wounded but did not kill. Police hold him in custody but still have nothing for the attempted assassination.
